STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS (SIP)

Laminated Panel Systems can build the components for most homes or small commercial buildings in 4 or 5 days.  They can adapt your blueprints to a panel design.

Erection on site typically takes only 4 or 5 days.  Panel walls and roofs are weather tight early in the construction process.

Panel systems meet national and local building codes.  They have been tested by government agencies, universities and private laboratories since 1935.  The EP A and US Department of Energy promote panel systems through their financing programs.  Tell them what you need.  They'll make it.

ENERGY EFFICIENT

Solid foam core sales energy, reduces noise, eliminated drafts

Polystyrene foam core is commonly used, but they can make panels with polyurethane or polyisocyanurate cores for greater energy efficiency

Wire chases built in -- no more pulling wires through studs

Finish with any type of roofing, siding or interior finish material using conventional fasteners

STRENGTH

Foam core with 7/16 inch OSB (oriented strand board) laminated to both sides

Proven stronger than stick framing in lab tests and natural disasters

Set in steel track or on wood sill

Fasten to steel trusses, wood trusses or ridge beam configuration

Solid backing for cabinets, shelving, wall hangings, curtain rods, etc.

Common sizes are 4 1/2 inch wall panels and 6 1/2 inch roof panels, but we can make any size you need.
